About

Recipes Easy started from a simple annoyance — needing to know what temperature to set the oven to, or how long to boil an egg, and having to scroll past three paragraphs of someone's childhood memories to get there.

This site is run by one person who likes cooking, but isn't a professional — which is exactly why they know what bugs a beginner about most recipes: vague amounts, "to taste" where an actual number would help, and instructions written as if the reader already had twenty years of practice.

What you'll find here

Recipes sorted into simple categories — basics like eggs or pasta, quick snacks, everyday breakfasts, and baked treats you can make without a kitchen scale. Every recipe has an exact time, an exact amount, and one useful tip on top.

What you won't find here

Sponsored "reviews" of kitchen gear, endless scrolling before you reach the recipe, or claims that one particular method is the only correct way in the world. Cooking is a craft with plenty of room for variation — what you get here is one reliable way to do it, not a rulebook.
